Released in 2002 and sculpted by Randy Bowen. This Baron Zemo is a limited edition run of only 4000 worldwide. This one is a very rare Artist Proof. Bowen Designs only offered a handful of Artist Proofs. During World War II the ingenious Zemo distinguished himself among the Third Reich as a Scientist supreme, inventing devious weapons to further the Fuhrer's malevolent mission. He stands 5.5 inches in height overall.
